Feel free to discuss, www.robbaz.com My own opinion is the ps3 at least in the demo lacks some effects, gras and foliage, still ps3 seems sharper then the 360 version. These issues will obviously be fixed in the final version. PC is obviously the sharpest but this depend on your performance and monitor, same goes for physx effects “physx didn’t really impress me to much”. It played fine with keyboard and mice but it was great playing it with controllers to it always got somewhat of a charm in 3rd person games. Fun fact, you need to aim in this game! Wow isn’t that amazing? Who thought of that! It’s now confirmed that the ps3 will be inferior to the other versions. “When designing Mafia II, we optimized for each of the three different systems the game would run on to make sure the core experience was the best it could be. Because of this, there are some differences from one platform to the next. In terms of the PS3 version, I wanted to clarify a couple points you have been asking about There will not be highly detailed grass or large pools of blood, the cloth movement is less noticeable than, for example, the PC version, and the visual fidelity in the demo is generally representative of what you’ll see in the full game.”
PES 2011 will be released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2, PSP and PC in the autumn – and Konami reckons the Pro Evolution Soccer videogame series is about to undergo the most radical revamp in its history. Central to its total freedom of play, PES 2011 introduces a power bar for each player that allows the gamer to determine the exact strength and placement of every pass and shot. Balls can now be spread absolutely anywhere with utter precision, with long balls into space, short passes to feet and intricate one-twos allowing the player to dictate play and control the tempo of a match. And with the game’s new defender AI, defenders now hold their positions naturally, no longer chasing any ball that enters their area; preferring to close down the attacker and force them into a mistake. Konami has also totally reworked every element of in-game animation. Ambient animation adds immensely to the in-game atmosphere, as players behave realistically when off the ball, and walk and run with a variety of individual styles. PES 2011 will also see the return of Lionel Messi – arguably the greatest player in the modern game – as its cover star, and an expansion of the game’s UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League offering. www.konami.com Please don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE to www.youtube.com – Rapid firing the latest game news, trailers, screens and art that true players don’t wanna miss out on.
FIFA 11 is coming to Nintendo DS, PC, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP, Wii, Xbox 360 and mobile phones this autumn. This year’s FIFA is attempting to reinvent player authenticity – on and off the ball – for every player and at every position on the pitch with Personality+, an all-new feature that sees individual abilities reflected in-game, enabling clear differentiation for every player. Elite players are now empowered to showcase their world class skills. Real Madrid’s Kaka will deliver crisp, creative passes, Barcelona’s Andres Iniesta will utilize tighter turns and close control to dribble through defenses, Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney will hold off defenders and strike shots from distance with pace, and top-flight defenders like Giorgio Chiellini of Juventus will anticipate, predict and react to offensive players to win back possession. In addition, goalkeepers have also been injected with Personality+. The real-life personality of the keeper, whether acrobatic or traditional, will dictate his style in game. Dive attributes will determine the keepers with the ability to reach for further shots while reflex attributes determine reaction times, so a keeper like Petr Cech of Chelsea FC will be able to showcase world-class skills. www.easports.co.uk/fifa Please don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE to www.youtube.com – Rapid firing the latest game news, trailers, screens and art that true players don’t wanna miss out on.
We were all surprised to see a Metal Gear Solid demo for 3DS. Probably not as surprised, however, as the Kojima Productions staff who didn’t know it was being developed. In a Famitsu interview (translated by Andriasang ), Hideo Kojima described how, after the completion of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker , he secretly assigned a small number of staffers to the project on a different floor of the Kojima Productions office — causing other Kojipro staff to believe the others were on vacation.
