   by the way…could someone tell me…why the hell a long lasting console that stoped to be produced long before ps1 still had games beiing releassed after ps1…

   who knows…I still have my led modded dreamcast and play it while my crappy ps1 and 2 were sold…

   with functions that were only implemented years later with ps3…who knows why many still consider it the best console of all time…and guess what…it can play ps1 games too! cool…in many games even bether than ps1 or ps2…cool

   the longest lifespawn was atari 2600 from 1976 to 1992 (16 years…much more than sony playstation one)

   besides…we have to look for the time it was releassed.
   30 million consoles sold at the time is much more awesome than 138 million in 2000

   ive always been a playstation fan, i still remember my ps one, but now i prefer xbox, i still bust out the ps2 or play on my psp sometimes though i guess the reason y i converted to xbox is probably cuz of the price on the ps3

    if u think of it. if ps3 was really cheap, u should already know. ps3 would kill the xbox360, but they didnt, so its too late, wii already won this generation.

    of course it was lol. it was like when dreamcast was great. then ps2 came along and killed it. then dreamcast came, then later on xbox came, which is like about 2 years later. and it was great. but it came to late. ps2 already owned that generation. now the wii is owning this generation lol. but here it should be
    wii=family, casual gamers
    ps3=FULL HOME ENTERTAINMENT, Great HD, hardcore games
    xbox360=Easy to use, hardcore gamers and DVD, but u notice that xbox was winning it cuz it was cheap?

    all to think it was either sony or philups to make a cd add on for snes, sony came a long way just to have their new console sit in store shelves because no people had the money for it (thanks bush) and its not preaty without an hd tv which again people couldn’t afford.
    though psp does very well
